I reformatted my hard drive and lost my Hiarcs 11.... Is it possible to download it again to my E- mail like I was able to with Shredder?

ok what is one thing servers of chess do NOT do. It is award official titles. Why? Too many cheaters. BUT! What if?? Some server pulled it off? Say with a lot of security software or whatever? Bang! Success and money to that server!! Even if flawed...One can brag to one's girlfriend and say '" ...

Like yo! My play chess server subscription is running low.... When is a new program coming out? I got them all so far (the big names anyway) I wanna buy a program! Not just a service rental! For that I got FICS!!!
