I've got the exact same problem. I contacted Mark about it already.

I have the problem solved. After updating my licence information in the Help section everything is working fine now. Strangely enough I was never asked for my licence during installation nor thereafter when starting HCE Pro.

I am running Windows 11. I've never had any problems with online opening books before. I did not change anything with my internet connection or with my firewall. The online opening book subscribtion I used with HCE1.1 worked just fine until it expired. That's why I purchased the Premium version of H...

I bought HCE Pro Premium but online opening book (tournament, etc.) are not accessable. Is this problem known to other users?

Hiarcs uses Nalimov tablebases (not syzygy)!

Im Reiter "Design" muss die Sprache auf "Deutsch" eingestellt werden und das Figurenformat auf "aktuelle Sprache", dann sollte es klappen.

Ja bei mir ändert sich beides. Es gibt hierfür zwei Einstellungen im Reiter "Design".

Hallo, Im Menü "Bearbeiten > Einstellungen" kannst du die Sprache unter dem Reiter "Design" auf Deutsch umstellen.
