But the ICGA does have jurisdiction over its WCCC events Actually.. i think the burning issue is what will be done regarding past WCCC titles Rybka competed in and won?? its one thing to decide ..NOW.. 5 years after the fact.. that Rybka could have violated the GPL and might indeed be a derivative ...
