I've got Novag H8/3214 chip . Mine has no opening tutor and no games installed and no endgames or middle games . Please can the two version owners verify this please

Ive been having problems with mine. I cannot get the opening tutor to work. Please can you tell me the title posts that addresses different versions please.

I'm having problems with Novag obsidian. Opening book tutor . I cannot get the feature to work. Please help

Has anyone experiencing any problem with the Novag Obsidian.

How can I get the feature to work as opening tutor that bleeps when going off book and uses display off book. It's in the manual 16) Sound Key setting 4 .
Cannot get it to work. Please help
