CB-emu i stumbled across. It has the excellence and milano. Not the challenger and master on the Mephisto Saitek list.

Hi all As you may know by now i have a Saitek Mephisto Milano,a Master,a Challenger(all Mephisto) and a Fidelity Excellence. Can anyone tell me if there are emulators or engines that i can import into my pc so i can play them with detailed analysis to learn more about their strengths and weaknesses ...

Hi all My new (old) boards Saitek Mephisto Master, Milano, and Challenger and Fidelity Excellence came with pieces that are hardly magnetic anymore. Can i replace these magnets or remagnetise with a stronger magnet. Or exchange for Novag pieces(which may be in the same demagnetised condition)? Whats...

Cheers. I more or less know the max but on these three you cant adjust by elo. So the Master would be 2100 or so at 30 seconds thinking time?. But how do i know how many seconds is 1800(my level roughly)? Is it a sliding scale of some sort?. Thanks again.

Cheers. This is weird. I just took out adaptor replaced batteries and it lost all my settings setting everythibg back to default. Now its working like it should. No repeated errors no hanging pieces. Can these computers glitch like this? It seems to be thinking more on the 30 second per move game as...

No i havent tried resetting it yet. I guess thats my last option. Im just wondering if this machine would hang pieces deliberately? The ply mode that works seems about right for its estimated elo.

Oh no!!

But ive just noticed when i set it to ply mode (2,3,4 etc)it doesnt do it? It doesnt hang pieces. Does this change anything?

Just tried it on tournanent level 11\2 hours 40 moves and it just keeps hanging pieces. Oh dear not looking good!

Hi all Ive just recently bought this and it powers up fine batteries/charger. Ive just played a few games and it keeps hanging the queen for no reason in the opening? I have tried different levls 30s or 30 minute matches. I have run from batteries and mains. But it keeps repeating this nosense move....
