I wonder if any of you has had the same experience, the engine playing an absurd move, suicidal sometimes, when on this platform. It does not happen in DOS.

I think the reason is the higher emulation speed compared to DOSBox. Under real DOS CM2000/2100 crashes too, if the CPU is fast enough,

Maybe it's still too fast. If so, it would help to slow down the DOS emulation. I've no problems on a 80188 @ 8.0 MHz.

I do agree, I have no issue as well; it is a 1986 program, therefore for consistency sake I set DosBox to emulate a PC/AT (80286@8Mhz) that was common around 1985-1987.
