Sadly Dr.D
i am ashamed to admit i have slowly been selling my collection ..one by one..piece by piece..on Ebay under several different assumed names
i am down to less then a handful of cheap portable units
this is why i was not even asked to give an interview for that new French dedicated chess computer site in another thread here

Fading Away Regards
Steve
Steve, who do you think you are kidding? We all know you have made
arrangements to have your grave dug deep enough for your entire collection to be buried with you.

A physical impossibility Larry. The core of the earth is simply too hot for schachcomputers. Holz will burn, plastique will melt.
Chess is like painting the Mona Lisa whilst walking through a minefield.

The most striking of all Steve B is the speed at which collection you've been selling on Ebay selling cart you must have it at full speed.

Sorry Wael, but I heard from a reliable source that Steve, being fiercely
patriotic, has had all his chess computers modified so they only work
with American electricity, and they can never be adjusted back. So unless
you want to migrate to the USA, you will be out of luck.

Yeah, thought something like that might have happened. My computer
has been crapping itself lately. A pop up message kept telling me the
link could not be made, or something. I gave up and deleted the message,
or so I thought. A buddy of mine talked me into starting a facebook
account so we could share memories with the old home town crowd. I've
since heard that facebook screws up your computer. Mine's been giving
trouble.
Ok Steve, to make amends I'll send you boris Handroid.
take care...

Yeah Facebook ..Twitter...Utube...MySpace ..Testtube.. whatever
i dont do any of that Social Media stuff
it seems the more time one spends on the internet ..the less one does in the real(physical) world
and those hand-held internet gizmos are getting totally out of control
seems everybody is clutching one these days..
i see folks walking in the street..head down ..thumbs typing away on these things totally oblivious to their surroundings
probably tweeting on Facebutt or something
cant be a good thing that folks are physically in one place but their minds are always elsewhere..somewhere totally unimportant at that moment
Ill Pass Regards

Well the founder of the Mysticum does not work anymore for his project ... and from what I've heard it seems that the Mysticum software has still some glitches ... so I would wait and sit before spending time and money in this project ...

By the way: For an "open project" ... it is nice to make a closed and private community where guests cannot read ... this is real funny ...

This is not correct.
Of course mistakes are corrected.
However, new funktionen are not added any more.

Always nicely to read comments of you, nevertheless, about subjects you do not interest.
