Hiarcs 13.31 time level for long time controls?

Hi,

i want to play a match Hiarcs 13.31 iPhone 4 vs M-Chess Pro (different version 7.1/8.0/8.42/8.70).
At tournament time control, 40z in 120 min, but as i can see hiarcs don't have this level, so want to know what is better for hiarcs the 90+30 or the 3 min/move level?
