According to what Lars Sardin of SSDF has communicated , SSDF has limited resources for manual testing these days.Note that since Palm Hiarcs 12.1 on a Tungsten C is rated 2650 SSDF Elo , Palm Hiarcs 13.1 on Tungsten C should be probably around 2700 SSDF Elo , almost unbelievable for a hand held machine.
