RISC 2500 on Canadian ebay

Post by Larry »

Note the seller does not actually say that it works. Also , there is no
original box or original pieces. The seller does come across as honest,
IMO, and with excellent feedback. I'm interested in seeing what price it
goes for.
I asked what version it is. I'm interested in finding the seemingly
rarer version 1.02.

It's version 1.04... that's the one that grows on trees.
I want a 1.02.
Larry
PS There is a version 1.05. It's called a "Montreux".

Apparently, the seller thought he might be able to find the original pieces and send them, but no earlier than 6 months- that alone inflated the price. Also, the manual was soiled with coffee marks. So, if the Risc2500 had sold with the original pieces, manual and box in perfect condition, the final price would have been more like, oh, $600!

Exactly
now im not suggesting foul play here but...
look at the bidder that came in second
0 completed transactions..1 bid in 30 days

he places a high bid when the auction first opens and in order to beat him you needed to bid $1275

Im Just Sayin Regards

Well, from the Montreux auction it was obvious that there might be somebody willing to pay 1300+.
