Depends on the level you want to play at. It is pretty much the same program as the SciSys Explorer or the 1650 Fast Response. ELO around 1300 or 15-1600 USCF.

I wouldn't spend much on it :P

$10 plus shipping $5 ... Regards

ps... mine doesn't stick to its levels too well.. ie 30 seconds move might take 2 minutes or 3 minute move 6 minutes. SciSys Explorer is better.
