Feature Request for 1.4 - show Ponder, MultiPV, other/all options

When I use Stockfish 16.1, LC0 or other engines, I can't see / select Ponder and MultiPV.
It's a must have.
A lot of people would like to see some other / all options.

Nonsense. Mark Uniacke himself stated that these attributes are not supposed to be available in the engine settings at all! These parameters are set within the GUI! And definitely, MultiPV and Ponder options can be set for both LC0 and Stockfish.

As explained above, ponder is set during the match/play, not by user.
MultiPV is only used during analysis and cannot be set in the engine configuration because you can have different MultiPV in different tabs.
