Guess the move issue

Post by monomero »

When you click the left mouse button on a piece to move it, Guess move will colour code the destination square highlight to indicate move quality.
Does it work ?

The only color displayed is yellow, that is the suggested move.
Where are green (book move) and red (bad move) ?

Sorry, I finally understood how it works ! :-)

BUT

It should be helpful to disable the auto-suggested move: I'm using the software even as analysis board for correspondance chess games, and I don't want to cheat.

You can have guess moves on always, only in analysis or you can turn them off.

Please look at Preferences->Appearance tab for the Guess move setting.
Best wishes,
Mark
