Video help

I'm sure many others like myself have found the help videos of great use and explained how to use Chess Explorer, and I have used them a number of times to 'find' my way. However I was trying to find how to do something
and the video that seemed to be what I wanted 'N0.16 PC Chess Explorer: Search for games' does not work, (I think it's called sod's law) all the other 23 videos work fine. Could someone fix this fault?

The video is working ok here on PC and Mac.

I had an email about this, maybe it was from you. The video worked then and still seems to be working now. The video is hosted by YouTube so maybe they had an issue when you tried to view it.
