Error message after starting chess explorer windows

Every time I start Chess explorer I get the message:

Error message from Online Server: Misformed request.

I have not a clue what that means but obviously I can't connect to the online server.

I have also send a help request to support a few days ago but had no answer so far.

I am on windows 8.1

Please check if this issue is still happening.
