Rybka 2.3.2a gegen die anderen - HIARCS 10 überzeugt!

Momentan lasse ich Rybka 2.3.2a gegen die anderen Engines blitzen.

Gespielt wird auf einem Core 2 Duo @ 2,66 GHz mit 2 GM RAM. Jede Engine bekommt einen Core, so dass mit PB gespielt wird. Rybka spielt mit seinem Buch RybkaII.ctg in Turniereinstellung, die anderen Engines spielen mit meinem Blitzbuch (Solist.ctg) ebenfalls in Turniereinstellung. Als GUI fungiert ChessProgram 9. Die EGTB 3+4+5 Steiner werden alle genutzt, mit 32 MB Cache. Abgesehen von The King 3.23 der mit 32 MB spielte, bekamen alle anderen Engines 64 MB Hash zugeteilt.

The King 3.23 spielte mit Sel. 12 und King Safety 160. Dass er damit gegen Rybka immerhin 5 Remis schaffte, ist eine starke Leistung, bedenkt man dass The King 3.23 keine Blitzengine ist! Bravo.

Als zweiter Gegner musste Fritz 8.0026 ran. Er schaffte immerhin 6 Remis, und eine Partie gewann er nur deshalb nicht, weil es zu einem Endspiel mit zwei Läufern gegen Springer kam wo lt. den EGTB das Matt leider außerhalb der 50 Züge Regel erfolgte, und die Partie somit Remis endete. Insgesamt hatte Fritz 8 nicht viel entgegenzusetzen, immer wieder rannte er in einen Konter von Rybka 2.3.2a (Single).

Etwas besser präsentierte sich Fruit 05/11/03. Auch für ihn wäre ein besseres Ergebnis drin gewesen, aber in Zeitnot konnte er einen klaren Vorteil von +3 nicht durchbringen, die Partie endete Remis mit Dauerschach.

Ganz anders jedoch zeigte sich HIARCS 10! Ich habe diese Engine nun schon länger auf der Platte, aber ich muss mich entschuldigen dafür dass ich ihr bisher kaum Beachtung schenkte. Vermutlich liegt es daran weil es schon einen Hiarcs 11 MP gibt, und dann interessiert man sich für ältere Engines weniger.

HIARCS 10 aber überzeugte voll, und verlangte von Rybka 2.3.2a alles! In den meisten Partien musste sich nicht Hiarcs 10 sondern Rybka 2.3.2a verteidigen! Das Match hätte auch anders ausgehen können, doch Rybka gelang in der letzten (zehnten) Partie der Siegpunkt.

Insgesamt sind bisher 40 Partien gespielt.
