Shrinkwrapped last Chessmaster Grandmaster for PC on eBay

Hi

New examples of the last Chessmaster Grandmaster edition for PC are getting hard to source. In case of interest the eBay item 171500021294
is a French seller of the shrinkwrapped DVD for £5.50 Buy it Now.

Was selling three. I bought one. The DVD cover and paper manual are in French but it has an English / French bootup option and a colour pdf of the English manual is on the disc.

I have no relation with seller but the French title does not always come up on eBay searches if seeking this software so thought useful to highlight.

Man, exception made of Hiarcs products, anything software is heretic here.
BTW, chessmaster serie must be the most underrated product of chess history.
It is superbly done, but some people look at it with derision cause the engine is "just" 2400 or 2500.
I doub that ther average chesx player in this site and other is better than 1700.

I agree Fern. I've owned several versions over the years (for Atari ST, Mac, and Windows). Was pleased with them all.
