Oh my God, this is the kind of question that produces here long threads and even some attempts of murder....
I believe that is essentially the same program, BUT the real experts here probably will tell you, with reason, that there are some differences due to perhaps a slightly different book, one or two extra Mhz of speed, a lines or two rested or added, who knows.
Practically I would say are the same thing....
