Looks like one of Ossi weiners horrible weak machines from millennium.
What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.
Here we have a fairy tale of the day after tomorrow....

So i Would say not much weaker.
Maybe on the same elo level.

I am not the same as 20 years ago, but still to play a 1500 or so is like to kill a bug with my heavy boots...
