How to tell what version of Fidelity EAG I have ?

You guys know everything about the old computers....... I forgot about the different versions on EAG 2265 , model 6114 ......

Anyway to figure out which version given I have serial # ..... ??

Hi there,

there are 5 possible versions. Look for a 6114- and a number after that. Like Model 6114-1 or 2,3,4,5. If you see a plain 6114 it is most likely version 1.

Although Steve will know for sure how to tell.

Although this is a bit puzzling because the one currently on
ebay has a plain "6114" model number, and a "2265" plaque,
making it a Mach3 unless I'm mistaken.

a "plain"6114 denotes the V2(2265)
you rarely ever see a 6114-2 model number
likewise ..a "plain"6117(2325) denotes the v6 and you rarely see a 6117-6 model number
you do see the other model numbers such as 6114-3(v3),6114-5(v5)...6117-9(v9)..etc.etc

also Fidelity never released a 6114-1 although it does appear on some price lists
