Chess King Master (Manual?)

Post by fhub »

Hi,

a few days ago the rare (and rather unknown) chesscomputer Chess King Master has been emulated in MAME - here's an info about this device:
http://www.chesscomputeruk.com/html/che ... aster.html

I've already implemented it in my CB-Emu(X) project - if anyone is interested, you can download it from my website:
https://fhub.jimdo.com/

Unfortunately I couldn't find a manual for it anywhere (not even on Alain's great website), so my question is:
Has anyone here this manual or a scan of it?

Regards,
Franz

Well, is there anything you don't have problems with?

CB-Emu is working for hundreds of users without any problems, so it's clear that your problem is sitting in front of your computer ... :P

Franz, do not get angry with me.
If you had so many jobs and compromises as I have I am sure you would NOT be capable of finding the loo to alleviate yout guts.
In any case I do not complain. Most of the emus I can play
Great job.

But....

Hi Franz

Ask Mike Watters. You can see he has one in the photos from the link you provided.

I used to own one myself until the computer died on me. Unfortunately my friend Berger wasn't around then so it went straight into the house hold waste bin. Can't be doing with keeping anything that doesn't work. At least I don't have that trouble with CB-Emu.

Great project regards

Thanks, I've just sent him an e-mail.

Not a good idea - you never know what it may be good for in the future. ;)

Hi,

Mike Watters (chesscomputeruk) has kindly scanned the (English and German) manuals for the Chess King Master
and sent me the PDF-files, so if anyone wants them - here's the link:
