GUIs supporting UCI chess engines

Hi everyone,

This is my first message in this forum. I have been playing correspondence chess for 15 years. I used to support my analysis basically two chess programs: Rybka and Hiarcs. I really think that they are the best two chess programs nowadays.

I have a question: which is the best GUIs supporting UCI chess engine for Hiarcs (Arena, Chessbase, Shredder,...)?

Hello,

Welcome to the Hiarcs forum.

I use mainly the CB GUI. I also like the Shredder native GUI and use Chess partner for playing on ICC.

I have not used Arena much but it also seems very good and it is free!

I hope you get some more detailed answers to your question. Someone could also run a poll for people to vote for their favourite GUI.
