I would like to express my thanks to Mark for his efficiency in helping customers with problems.
When I bought H12 there was a software glitch which meant that I did not receive the discount, but paid the full price. I reported this to Mark and the matter was sorted out with commendable speed.

So far I have been very impressed with all the help I get here on the forum. Especially from Harvey, who is probably a very busy man but yet takes the time to answer all my questions in a very quick and professional manner. My thanks again to all and if there is anything I can ever help with I will do my best to oblige.
