Hiarcs 12 3000+?

Hi Harvey!
I can´t find no list where H12 is +3000 in ratingpoints
like it says on the hiarcs hopmesite!
can you please tell me which list that is .

It is more of a handicap for Hiarcs than it is with, say Rybka. A year or so ago, I did testing with engines' "own books", and this raised the elo of Hiarcs 11 by about 70 points.

No Gabor,the man is right especialy if we are talking about the Hiarcs 12 opening book,from what I read through the net it's the best optimized native opening book in the commercial computer chess area....
