Hello JEB,

glad you liked the pictures. Thanks for bringing up this about my signature or I wouldn't have noticed this.

It's changed now. I really want to have nothing to with all this derranged mind stuff and just mind my day.

Round 4 (3.5/4)

Image

Yahoo translation of an article on the Spanish CB site.

The Blacks played… Ac5+ forcing 22.Rg2. With its horse of f6 attacked, Pocket Fritz 4 sacrificed piece responding 22… Axf5! , obtaining advantage, given the set out position of the white monarch. In fact, Slipak, with great criterion, gave back the piece in play 25, managing to heave the weather. But the final one was something inferior for him, and after the error 34.Ad4? " mini Fritz" it did not pardon, gaining the end of towers, and soon the one of laborers, with excellent calculation and precision.

That is up to CB but I would suspect soon after this tournament ends.

I remember last year when the 2008 Mercursa was played with PF3 that PF3 was for sale virtually straight away and I got mine in the post by August 23rd.Hopefully the version would be bug free this time so that there will be no need for updates.I wonder if it will have the new features that I hinted at in this forum (analysis board, bluetooth multiplayer).
Any idea on strenght improvement over Hiarcs 12.1 that Hiarcs 13 will bring to PocketFritz?

Anti-computer chess doesn't work very well against Hiarcs. :-)
