What Happened with Respect old Hiarcs Versions?

Post by Fernando »

As I recall it, some of them were to be reshuffled to work in current windows machines.
It is an already dead project?

Sorry if I am sounding the wrong bell....

Hi Fern,

I spoke with Mark about this and the plan is still to do this. It is unfortunately a case of there are only so many hours in a day and he just has not had the time to get it done.

Best Wishes,

Harvey

Yes, I have managed to get all the code together and now need to find time to remove all the protection and make them available for people to download.

Unfortunately this takes time. I would also like to pit each successive one against a dedicated in Steve's collection.

I think the last we left it I need to simulate a machine speed of the period, e.g. a 286 or 386 etc and then we can put a little match on and release afterwards.

At the moment I am busy with other things but it will happen.
Best wishes,
Mark
