Pyco Chess on Raspberry Pi is here....
A 2nd Pi has been acquired and pyco chess installed with the pi face display
Works with my dgt board just fine. Any questions about it then please shout!

Complete with faux carbon case designed for the piface buttons and display....looks very professional.
I don't have an image hosting account anywhere or I'd post a picture!
I think the adafruit display is slightly better but until a proper case is available for that it still looks a bit "project".
Gavon and Pycochess are both very interesting projects for the Pi.

Your Pico image is rather old, I'd upgrade that first before trying.

If you are comfortable linuxing, try this:Adrie55 wrote: I try to edit in Linux Ubunto the file rfcomm.conf on mine PC. I can edit it, but I have no permission to save it.
The file you need to edit is ~/git/stockfish/pico_dgt_bt. The pairing code for the Rev (1234) needs to be added, here is the updated version:

The Citrine has a very simple protocol, supporting it is relatively easy and Picochess developers are well aware of it. At this time the only problem is lack of a test unit.ricard60 wrote:Has someone developed a driver for picochess so it can be conected to a novag citrine?.

Re: Problem with bluetooth connection Revelation II and Pico
Hallo Izmet,
Thank you very much for your answer. I have update the file pico_dgt_bt
, but mine Revelation II not connect to the raspberry(pico chess)
I think that the file pic0_dgt_bt is not execute. I d'nt see it on mine terminal(HDMI TV). Thus I think I must wait for the image update of 0.25.
When it is update, were I can download it.
Thanks very much,
