And now for games 61 - 80 which could be called "The Tasc Master"

61. Tasc R30 - Boris 1-0
62. Master - Magnus 0.5-0.5
63. Tasc R30 - Vancouver 68000 1-0
64. Master - Tasc R30 0-1
65. Diamond II - London 68030 0-1
66. Diamond II - Conquistador 1-0
67. Vancouver 68000 - Tasc R30 0-1
68. Conquistador - London 68030 0-1
69. London 68030 - Conquistador 1-0
70. Boris - Tasc R30 0-1
71. Conquistador - Master 0-1
72. Boris - Master 0-1
73. Master - Vancouver 68000 0-1
74. Magnus - Master 0-1 (!)
75. Master - Polgar 0.5-0.5
76. Polgar - Master 0-1
77. Magnus - Obsidian 1-0
78. Simultano - Shredder 1-0 (!!)
79. Simultano - Magnus 0-1
80. Diamond II - Master 0.5

So a few surprises: The Simultano taking down Shredder was a reminder not to underestimate the mid-range machines, sometimes they play above par.

Also the Master continued showing off its tactical strength.

But the main thing was the Tasc butchering most opponents, though it did have a few close shaves.

Well, at least the Obsidian beat Boris on one of the games. Interested to see how it does against the other dedicates...

An Interesting tournament and enormous undertaking to be sure
very impressive effort to hold a tournament with this many games
but its no surprise that the two leaders are PC Engines

we should figure out a way to determine which dedicated computer really won the match by deleting all of the PC engine games and their results

Here's one of the most fierce battles of the last 20 games:

[White "Tasc R30"]
[Black "Vancouver 68000"]
[Result "1-0"]

{Tasc was showing +0.89. I disagree with both the assessment and the move.} Nc7 21. a4 {Well Stockfish 6 agrees with the Tasc R30's moves and evaluations more than mine, claiming +0.32 for white.} Rac8 22.Re2 Ne8 23. a5 bxa5 24. c5 Qf4 25. 36 seconds thought, Tasc had +11.20} Kh8 64. c7 Qh2+

The Vancouver resigned
here showing -16. Tasc was now showing M13 (!), although actually it is M7.

Some highlights from games 91-100

You could be forgiven for thinking that London 68030 vs Obsidian would be easy to predict and one-sided.

However, although the London won this encounter it was very close.

Now let's move on to games 101-110

101. Shredder - Tasc R30 1-0 (Shredder played very well)
102. Obsidian - Tasc R30 0-1
103. Tasc R30 - Simultano 1-0
104. Simultano - Tasc R30 0-1
105. Diamond II - Tasc R30 1-0 (ouch!!)
106. Tasc R30 - Diamond II 0-1 (Double ouch!!)
107. Polgar - Tasc R30 0-1
108. Tasc R30 - Master 1-0
109. Shredder - Master 1-0
110. Obsidian - London 68030 0-1

So a few big shocks here: lots of Tasc R30 games to look at. It's a very powerful machine absolutely gorgeous to use. Apart from the pieces being a bit light I'd say its design is flawless for its day. Anyway, it came a bit unstuck against the Diamond II which slightly outbooked the Tasc and also seemed to handle the ultra-sharp games better!
