Suggest a move bug

Post by herO »

Suggest a move feature does not work correctly in a play game mode. It only works fine when you have Guess moves set to "Always". Then it is possible to see hints for both sides (white and black player). But if you set Guess moves to "Only in analysis", then hints works correctly only if your side have to move some figurine. When a computer has to move some figurine and you click on "Suggest a move", it does not show any hint at all (it's OK).

BUT you can do this test case:
IMHO: Computer has a white pieces, you have a black pieces.

When you have to move your piece, click on "Suggest a move" and make another move (not the same move as computer suggested), then computer starts calculate his next move, click again on "Suggest a move" and you will see, that "suggest a move" feature recommends a move for black pieces, even it's white turn.
