Navigating on opening explorer

Hi. There is a way to navigate on opening explorer without create new variations?

I would like to navigate by opening explorer and show games, but without create any variation on current game.

Currently any moves played either via Opening Explorer or on the Board are recorded in the move notation. These give a path to the current position.
